Did you know you can prevail in victory over the world because Jesus Christ obtained this victory for you?

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” ~ Jn 16:33

Jesus says we will have tribulation (pressure). However, He tells us to be of good cheer or courage—literally, “radiate warm confidence.” Why? Because Jesus has already achieved this victory for us.

Christ conquered everything that conquered us—the world and its systems, sin, sickness, lack, the flesh, the devil, fear, and death. Therefore, in Christ, we are more than conquerors! We are super victors, decisively and overwhelmingly victorious in Christ.

Persistent Faith in Christ is our victory over the world.

“For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].” ~ 1 Jn 5:4, AMP

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, personally and permanently overcame the world for us. Through our persistent FAITH in Christ and His accomplishments, we can prevail in victory over the world.

REMEMBER:

Christ Jesus conquered everything that conquered you.

If you are born of God, you are a super-victor – decisively and overwhelmingly victorious.

You can prevail in victory over the world because the Greater One lives in you. 

“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” ~ 1 Jn 4:4

Let God’s peace rule your heart. Jesus says: 

“Peace, I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”  ~ Jn 14:27

So, stop striving to be victorious. In Christ, you already have victory over the world. It is time to wholeheartedly believe and live out this reality.
