God’s Thoughts Constant Towards You
By Capazin Thornton
You may think God is so busy running the universe He doesn’t have time to be concerned about you. Beloved, you are always in God’s thoughts!
God’s thoughts constant towards you
God’s thoughts towards you are uncountable and constant.
How precious it is, Lord, to realize that you are thinking about me constantly! I can’t even count how many times a day your thoughts turn toward me. And when I wake in the morning, you are still thinking of me! ~ Ps 139:17-18 (TLB)
God’s thoughts toward you began before you were conceived
King David broke out into praise when he thought about how intricately God had made him:
I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in secret and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me when as yet there were none of them. ~ Ps 139:14-16
God designed each of us in our mother’s womb. He knew what we would look like during every state of development. God knew the deepest part of our being and the innermost secrets of our hearts. And He saw every day of our lives in advance.
God told Jeremiah that God knew him and ordained him as a prophet before he was in his mother’s womb. (Jeremiah 1:5) Thus, we can see God has a plan for our lives that includes His calling, gifts, dreams, and blessings.
God’s plan for you supersedes all circumstances
So, don’t get hung up on the circumstances surrounding your conception and birth. God’s plan supersedes all adverse situations.
Even if you were called illegitimate, abandoned, forsaken, neglected, or mistreated by those entrusted to take care of you, know that God has never wavered in His love and purpose for you. Forget about the bad. Forgive. Move forward in God’s good, acceptable and perfect will for your life.
Think about this: while billions of people live on earth, no one else has your fingerprints or footprints. Unless you have an identical twin, no one else has your DNA (genetic blueprint, code, or map). You are indeed unique, rare, one of a kind. And, you are always on God’s mind.
