10 Reasons to Believe Jesus

Jesus is the most universally recognized name in the world. Many languages, varied pronunciations, people everywhere know who Jesus is.
Most people believe Jesus was a prophet—a mouthpiece for God, forth-telling and fore-telling God’s Word/will/way. Yet, amazingly, some of these same people do not believe what He said or what God’s Word says about Him.
Here are 10 reasons to believe what Jesus said and what the Word says about Him:
| 1. | Jesus the Christ (Yeshua ha Mashiach) is the eternal Word of God face to face with God throughout eternity. Stepping out of eternity, He became flesh and dwelt among us. | Jn 1:1, 14 |
| 2. | Jesus is the Bread of God who came down from Heaven to give life to the world. | Jn 6:38 Jn 6:33 |
| 3. | Jesus Christ fulfilled all that was written in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms concerning Him. | Lk 24:44 |
| 4. | Jesus came to set us free from the works of the devil. | 1 Jn 3:8 |
| 5. | Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. He was crucified according to the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God. “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” | 1 Cor 15:3Acts 2:232 Cor 5:21 |
| 6. | After three days and three nights in the tomb, Jesus was resurrected out from the dead, alive forevermore! | |
| 7. | Jesus “presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.” | Acts 1:1-3 |
| 8. | Jesus was openly declared to be the Son of God by His resurrection out from the dead. The resurrection declared (affirmed, validated, attested) that Jesus of Nazareth is in fact the Son of God, the Messiah, the mouthpiece of God, the Savior of the world. | Rom 1:4 |
| 9. | Jesus is God’s Ultimate Spokesperson.“God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” | Heb 1:1-3 |
| 10. | Jesus is the access to Heaven and God the Father. Jesus said, “I am the Way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” | Jn 14:6 |
Today Hear His Voice
If you believe Jesus was a prophet, then believe what He said. “Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your heart.” (Heb 4:7) Receive Jesus Christ, God’s gift of salvation to the world.
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name” (Jn 1:12)
