My name is Capazin Thornton. I am a Bible Teacher, Author, Spiritual Transformation Trainer, Freedom Advocate, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister. I teach people how to live as super-victors through Christ. My hallmark scripture is 2 Timothy 1:7.
I wasn’t always fearless. I grew up insecure, timid, and fearful. From age 5 to 15, I suffered emotional and mental abuse and physical beatings from my stepfather. And, for many years after that, I was tormented by dreams of him angrily chasing me. But, in January 1982, I rededicated my life to the Lord and forgave my stepfather. The bad dreams stopped, replaced by beautiful visions and dreams from the Lord.
I discovered that God did not give us a spirit of fear but miraculous power, love, and a sound mind.
So, for over three decades, I have endeavored to live by God’s Word and have ministered at women’s conferences and churches worldwide to increase self-esteem and transform lives through the richness of the infallible Word of God, the infinite love of God, and the inexhaustible power inherent in Christ.
My goal is to encourage, motivate, and empower you for victorious living and service. With that in mind, check out the resources I have prepared to help you grow spiritually and live victoriously.
